Was ist iDishYou?
iDishYou ist ein Premium-Marktplatz, der Feinschmecker mit erstklassigen Hobbyköchen, Hausköchen und Mikroküchen in ihrer Nachbarschaft verbindet. Esser können kuratierte Menüs durchstöbern oder individuelle Cravings veröffentlichen, auf die Köche Angebote abgeben können.
Ist das Essen sicher? Wie werden Küchen verifiziert?
Sicherheit hat für uns oberste Priorität. Jeder Maker bei iDishYou durchläuft eine Identitätsprüfung und eine Überprüfung der Küchenadresse. Maker müssen lokale Gesundheits- und Hygienestandards einhalten, und wir fördern Peer-Bewertungssysteme, um höchste Qualität zu gewährleisten.
Wie bestelle ich ein Gericht?
Durchstöbern Sie einfach das Profil eines Kochs, wählen Sie die gewünschten Gerichte aus, geben Sie die Menge an und bestätigen Sie. Sie können den Bestellvorgang problemlos als registrierter Nutzer oder als Gast abschließen.
Was ist eine individuelle 'Craving'-Anfrage?
Sie finden nicht, wonach Sie suchen? Veröffentlichen Sie eine individuelle Anfrage (ein 'Craving'), in der Sie beschreiben, was Sie möchten, wann Sie es möchten und Ihr Budget. Lokale Köche sehen dies und senden Ihnen individuelle Angebote.
Wie funktionieren Lieferung und Abholung?
Bei der Bestellung können Sie wählen, ob Sie das Essen direkt in der Küche des Makers abholen oder eine der verfügbaren Lieferoptionen wählen möchten, abhängig von den Einstellungen des Makers.
Wie werde ich Maker bei iDishYou?
Klicken Sie auf das 'Maker-Portal' oder die Onboarding-Hinweise, füllen Sie Ihre Profildetails und Spezialitäten aus und laden Sie Ausweisdokumente hoch. Nach der Verifizierung können Sie sofort Ihre Menüpunkte einstellen und Bestellungen erhalten!
How much does iDishYou cost for customers?
Nothing. You only pay the price of the dish set by the cook, plus the cook's delivery fee if you choose delivery. iDishYou charges customers no service fee.
How do I pay? Can I pay by card?
You pay the cook directly, in cash, at pickup or delivery. There is no card payment between customer and cook in the app.
What commission does a cook pay?
Your first 5 orders are commission-free. After that, iDishYou takes 10% of each confirmed order. There is no subscription and no sign-up fee.
How does the cook's wallet work?
Since the customer pays you in cash, the commission is taken from a prepaid wallet you top up by bank card in the app. You keep all the money the customer pays you; only the commission is debited from the wallet.
How does iDishYou verify cooks?
Every cook sends an ID document and a photo of their kitchen, checked by the iDishYou team before they can sell. After that, customers rate every order.
How do I know what is in a dish (allergies)?
Ingredients and diet (halal, vegetarian…) are listed on each dish. If you have an allergy, message the cook before ordering: a homemade dish may contain traces of other ingredients.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
First message the cook in the order's chat. If it isn't solved, contact us at contact@idishyou.com with the order number, and rate the order to inform other customers.
In which cities is iDishYou available?
iDishYou has launched in Morocco. The app shows verified cooks within about 30 km of you: the service is available wherever cooks have joined.
Can I hire a cook for a meal or an event?
Yes. You can book a cook by the hour or the day at their rate, or post an event (date, guests, budget) and receive proposals from nearby cooks. The chosen cook only sees your address once you accept.
What are Yumis?
Yumis are the app credits. You earn them by using the app (welcome bonus, first order, daily spin, watching an ad) and spend them on extras: AI photo analysis, featuring a dish of the day… They cannot be withdrawn as money.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings → Delete my account, or at idishyou.com/en/delete-account. Your profile, dishes, photos and data are erased.
