Delete your iDishYou account
You can delete your iDishYou account and its associated data at any time, free of charge.
From the app
Open iDishYou, go to Settings, tap “Delete my account” and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account. We verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days at most.

Your profile, photos, verification documents (ID card), dishes, cravings, offers, wallet and Yumi balance.
Data retained
Payment and billing records we are legally required to keep (accounting and tax obligations), only for the legal retention period, after which they are deleted.
