Wat is iDishYou?
iDishYou is een premium marktplaats die foodliefhebbers verbindt met elite thuiskoks, huiskoks en micro-keukens in hun buurt. Eters kunnen door samengestelde menu's bladeren of aangepaste Cravings plaatsen waarop koks kunnen bieden.
Is het eten veilig? Hoe worden keukens geverifieerd?
Veiligheid staat bij ons voorop. Elke Maker op iDishYou doorloopt een identiteitscontrole en een controle van het keukenadres. Makers moeten voldoen aan lokale gezondheids- en hygiënenormen, en we moedigen peer-reviewsystemen aan om de hoogste kwaliteit te waarborgen.
Hoe bestel ik een gerecht?
Blader gewoon door het profiel van een kok, kies de gerechten die u wilt, geef de hoeveelheid op en bevestig. U kunt het afrekenproces naadloos voltooien als geregistreerde gebruiker of als gast.
Wat is een aangepast 'Craving'-verzoek?
Kunt u niet vinden wat u zoekt? Plaats een aangepast verzoek (een 'Craving') met details over wat u wilt, wanneer u het wilt en uw budget. Lokale koks zien dit en sturen u aangepaste aanbiedingen.
Hoe werken bezorging en afhalen?
Bij het bestellen kunt u kiezen of u de maaltijd rechtstreeks bij de keuken van de Maker wilt ophalen, of een van de beschikbare bezorgopties selecteren, afhankelijk van de instellingen van de Maker.
Hoe word ik Maker op iDishYou?
Klik op de 'Maker-portaal' of onboarding-prompts, vul uw profielgegevens en specialiteiten in en upload identiteitsdocumenten. Zodra u geverifieerd bent, kunt u onmiddellijk uw menu-items plaatsen en bestellingen ontvangen!
How much does iDishYou cost for customers?
Nothing. You only pay the price of the dish set by the cook, plus the cook's delivery fee if you choose delivery. iDishYou charges customers no service fee.
How do I pay? Can I pay by card?
You pay the cook directly, in cash, at pickup or delivery. There is no card payment between customer and cook in the app.
What commission does a cook pay?
Your first 5 orders are commission-free. After that, iDishYou takes 10% of each confirmed order. There is no subscription and no sign-up fee.
How does the cook's wallet work?
Since the customer pays you in cash, the commission is taken from a prepaid wallet you top up by bank card in the app. You keep all the money the customer pays you; only the commission is debited from the wallet.
How does iDishYou verify cooks?
Every cook sends an ID document and a photo of their kitchen, checked by the iDishYou team before they can sell. After that, customers rate every order.
How do I know what is in a dish (allergies)?
Ingredients and diet (halal, vegetarian…) are listed on each dish. If you have an allergy, message the cook before ordering: a homemade dish may contain traces of other ingredients.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
First message the cook in the order's chat. If it isn't solved, contact us at contact@idishyou.com with the order number, and rate the order to inform other customers.
In which cities is iDishYou available?
iDishYou has launched in Morocco. The app shows verified cooks within about 30 km of you: the service is available wherever cooks have joined.
Can I hire a cook for a meal or an event?
Yes. You can book a cook by the hour or the day at their rate, or post an event (date, guests, budget) and receive proposals from nearby cooks. The chosen cook only sees your address once you accept.
What are Yumis?
Yumis are the app credits. You earn them by using the app (welcome bonus, first order, daily spin, watching an ad) and spend them on extras: AI photo analysis, featuring a dish of the day… They cannot be withdrawn as money.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings → Delete my account, or at idishyou.com/en/delete-account. Your profile, dishes, photos and data are erased.
